Bubble Wrap
If you find the bubble wrap is too difficult for little fingers to pop, try using a rolling pin. It's great.

We like to stomp on bubble wrap :D Or, roll it up like rolling up a magazine and "wring" the bubbles out like wringing out a washcloth :D
